POS identification
Identify each POS uniquely in the Worldline system.
- POS Number (TPV Number): An 8-digit unique identifier managed by your POS application.
- Naming Convention: Follow the <span style="color:green">HHSSSSPP format</span>.
- Rules: Coordinate with Worldline/Ingenico, as the first two digits may be reserved for system classification.

Deployment scenario
Identify your deployment Scenario (S) based on your infrastructure:
- S1 (Global Full IP): Recommended for Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
- S2 (Serial IP Tunneling): Recommended for RS232/USB hardware.
- S3 (Bluetooth/Mobility): For tablets and smartphones.
- S4 (Separate Networks): For isolated network segments requiring a Vbox.
- S5 (Integrated): For configurations with all components on the POS.

Prerequisites
- Select SDK: Identify the <span style="color:green">C3AGENT SDK</span> required (C#, Java, Swift, or WebSocket JSON).
- Verify OS: Confirm POS compatibility (Windows 32/64-bit, Linux, etc.).
- Sandbox Access: Register your public IP on our <span style="color:green">Sandbox server</span> or ensure PCL is activated.
